Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data

Your Right to Deletion

Under the UK GDPR and Apple's App Store requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all personal data we hold about you. This applies to both RevSense and RideSafar.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — In-App Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account within either app. Follow the confirmation steps. Your account will be queued for deletion immediately.
Option 2 — Email Send an email to zancoholdings.uk@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account and which app(s) the request applies to (RevSense, RideSafar, or both).

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Data We May Retain

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after account deletion where required by law (e.g. financial transaction records for tax and regulatory compliance). Any retained data will be held securely and used only for the legally required purpose.
