Both Apps:

RevSense additionally collects:

• Audio Data: Vehicle sound recordings — processed on-device using machine learning. Audio is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly opt in to a future diagnostic-sharing feature.
• Diagnostic Data: Analysis results and confidence scores generated on-device.

RideSafar additionally collects:

• Location Data: Pick-up and drop-off locations, real-time location during rides.
• Transaction Data: Booking details, ride history, payment references.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and maintain our Apps and their features
• Create and manage your user account
• Process ride bookings and payments (RideSafar)
• Deliver on-device diagnostic analysis (RevSense)

• Transport operators (RideSafar): Necessary booking and ride data is shared with operators in Saudi Arabia to fulfill the contract of carriage.
• Payment processors: To process transactions securely. We do not store full card details.
• Legal authorities: Where required by law.

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
