Governing use of RevSense and RideSafar

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") published by ZanCo Holdings LTD (Company No. 16938121) — including RevSense and RideSafar — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "our," "us" — ZanCo Holdings LTD, registered in England & Wales.
• "User," "you," "your" — any individual who accesses or uses our Apps.
• "RevSense" — our on-device vehicle audio diagnostics App.
• "RideSafar" — our Saudi-focused ride-hailing and transport App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use our Apps. By using any App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Apps.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the Apps.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Apps without prior written consent.

6. RevSense — Diagnostic Disclaimer

RevSense provides informational suggestions based on audio analysis. It is not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection or mechanic advice. Confidence scores are indicative only. We accept no liability for decisions made based on RevSense output. Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle issues.

7. RideSafar — Transport Terms

RideSafar connects riders with independent transport operators. ZanCo is not a transport provider. The contract of carriage is between you and the operator. We are not liable for the conduct, safety, or performance of any transport operator or driver.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, and machine-learning models — are owned by ZanCo Holdings LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Account & Data Deletion policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZanCo Holdings LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
