RevSense — FAQ

What is RevSense? RevSense uses on-device machine learning to analyse vehicle sounds and suggest probable issues with confidence scores. It is designed as a helpful first step — not a replacement for a qualified mechanic.
Does RevSense record my audio? Audio is processed on-device. We do not upload, store, or share your audio recordings unless you explicitly opt in to a future diagnostic-sharing feature.
How accurate are the confidence scores? Confidence scores are indicative and based on pattern matching against known vehicle sound profiles. They should be treated as suggestions, not definitive diagnoses.
What devices does RevSense support? RevSense is available on iOS devices running iOS 16 or later.

RideSafar — FAQ

What is RideSafar? RideSafar is a Saudi-focused ride-hailing and transport platform that connects riders with independent transport operators for seamless, reliable rides.
Where is RideSafar available? RideSafar is currently focused on Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand to additional markets in the future.
How do I book a ride? Open the RideSafar app, enter your destination, and choose from available transport options. You can track your ride in real time once booked.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account? You can request account and data deletion via our Account & Data Deletion page or by emailing zancoholdings.uk@gmail.com. We process requests within 30 days.
How do I update my personal information? You can update your name, email, and phone number from the account settings within each app. For other changes, contact us directly.
